It's not obvious at first how to add a bunch of bible verses in to the schedule without adding them verse by verse and filling the schedule window. This video shows a method whereby a seelction of verses are dragged in to the schedule, this makes just one entry in the schedule but has all the text as one 'slide'. We then edit the passage, just like you would a song, and put in blank lines to split the verse up.

Hopefully it will
never happen to you, but with computers things an and do go wrong.
The computer could get stolen, or the data could become corrupt for
any number of reasons. As will all data it's good to have a backup!
