This is a simpler (and cheaper) setup!

The Church needs to connect up a PC to projector o­n VGA cable, but at the same time is needing a couple of camera feeds to go to 2 televisions.
The computer signal doesn't need to go to the televisions, the televisions are there to give certian places in the building a better view of what's happening o­n the the stage. -This could be an overflow hall, the creche, or some televsions in the main hall where the stage is out of view.
