It's not obvious at first how to add a bunch of bible verses in to the schedule without adding them verse by verse and filling the schedule window. This video shows a method whereby a seelction of verses are dragged in to the schedule, this makes just one entry in the schedule but has all the text as one 'slide'. We then edit the passage, just like you would a song, and put in blank lines to split the verse up.
That's really great. Up to now I had been selecting a few verses and adding them to the schedule, selecting a few more and adding them, and so on. I restricted the number of verses selected according to their length and the appearance on the preview. Your method adds some flexibility so I'll try it next time I'm at church.
