Setting up a video projector isn't as easy as you first may think. Leaving the settings on the default values may not give you the best image possible. by using Test Patterns along with the colour/brightness/contrast and other settings on your projector will give you best results. We have created a PowerPoint file with 19 test patterns that will help you calibrate your video projector... Here is a preview of some of the patterns:
